It just occurred to me that I never stopped to say hello to you all and introduce myself. Whoops!

If you don't know me from elsewhere, hi! My name is Techno Dragon, you can just call me Techno or Tech. I've been an occasional visitor of Newgrounds since the early 2000s, but I never properly made an account until November of 2024. Primarily, I am a musician, specifically a composer. I've been composing for about ten years now, I even studied it at university. I love working with electronic music, especially if it has a rock influence. Besides music, I am also a writer, artist, animator, audio editor, voice actor, and according to my bio, a shapeshifter. The two things I have little to no experience with in terms of digital creation are 3D modeling and game programming. If I had those skills in addition to everything else I do even at a beginner level, I'd probably go too crazy. Maybe someday.

I do have music commissions open if you're curious about that... but enough about me, let's talk about me me.

As a kid I was obsessed with dinosaurs, and of course that led me to discovering Dino Run, which was a game I'd play on whatever website that wasn't down at the moment and whichever one was most accessible. Sometimes that was Newgrounds. That was the main reason that I knew about this place, aside from my cousin who showed me around a bit, namely Riddle School and some other stick figure games I don't remember. Oddly enough, none of them were ever Fancy Pants Adventures, a game that I am currently wondering how I missed out on back in the day considering it was exactly the kind of game that I had always dreamed of. It wasn't until this January (2025) that I discovered it and well now I can safely say it's a special interest of mine. Regarding other NG content, I'm also a big fan of Friday Night Funkin' and Pico's School... obviously. There's a lot of other things I'm still catching up on, but those are my favorites so far. I'm very late to every party as I tend to stay for a long time at others. Those other parties, in other words my current special interests, are Pokemon, FNAF, SMASH LEGENDS, The Toxic Cesspit (Phisnom,) and Danganronpa. Almost all of those things have a creative project of mine behind them, except Pokemon. They're my pride and joy!

I guess if you should expect anything from me relatively soon in terms of creative stuff...

  • More digital art, especially little Fancy Pants comics
  • More music, I may or may not have been working on an 2000s technology and internet inspired album...
  • Fake FNF mod songs (I need to practice making)
  • Life of Phi Part 2, but like give that a lot of time, okay?

Thank you for reading, I hope you have a fantastic day!

Music Commissions Open!

Hello! My name is Techno Dragon. I am a composer and music producer looking for work. I can make music for games, Friday Night Funkin' mods, and other creative projects.

  • I work primarily with rock and electronic music, but I can also mimic other styles. If you are looking for a very specific style and you're not sure where to look in my portfolio, you are more than welcome to reach out to me and ask if I have any examples of what you're looking for!
  • I am willing to work with projects of any rating under A, so E, T and M projects only in other words.
  • I work in Dorico 5 Pro using voices from HALion Sonic SE, which can also be edited in Reaper.
  • If you are someone looking for a composer for an FNF mod, please be aware that my methods of creating vocal tracks are quite different from the standard and may take extra time due to my workstation (but it still works!)
  • I will be sure to send you WIPs whenever I make significant progress or if I have a question about the piece I am working on.
  • Electronic instrument playback will be used for everything. I am not providing live instruments at this time.

If you'd like to see my portfolio, you can do so either on Google Drive or YouTube.

Prices vary depending on the length of the piece and content.

  • The pricing of video game projects (non-FNF) differs from that of other projects due to the nature of loops.
  • I accept payment through PayPal only.
  • I am in the US, so prices will be in USD.

Pricing for VIDEO GAME PROJECTS

Unique loops up to 90 seconds long.

One loop: $30

Five or fewer: $50

Six or more: $90 base pay (6 tracks), +$20 for each additional track

Pricing for OTHER CREATIVE PROJECTS

Non-looping songs, such as soundtrack for animations.

Short Film Soundtrack: $30 base, +$5 for every additional song. (ex. Life of Phi soundtrack in my portfolio would be $60 total)

One Theme/Short Song: Up to 90 seconds: $30

One Standard Radio-Length Song 2-4 minutes: $70

Longer Song 5-7 minutes: $100

Pricing for FRIDAY NIGHT FUNKIN' PROJECTS

Currently I am not charging specifically for FNF projects solely because I am still very new to the process of creating FNF tracks and it is very different for me and my workstation than the standard. HOWEVER if you want me to compose for your project, you MUST have a dedicated team of designers and programmers (unless it is just you working on it) with proof of concept to show that this is indeed a project that will likely be fully completed. I am very tired of working on projects that never go anywhere and I currently have limited time to commit to such things, so I kindly ask to see a proof of concept. That might include seeing finished sprites, backgrounds, a concept, something. Thank you.

How Payment Works

I prefer to be sent payment (via PayPal) soon after the job has been accepted. If there are any issues preventing me from proceeding after payment has been made, you will be refunded. You will receive the high-quality, lossless file(s) of your music after it is finished. This will likely come in the form of a Google Drive link. As stated before, throughout our time working together, I will send you WIPs in the form of mp3s to make sure that it is what you want. I will be sure to be clear how much you will send me for each one so that it is accurate! You are welcome to come back to me for slight revisions for no extra charge for as long as you like.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! Thank you!
